No it doesn't. My advice is take the easy way out on this one and use the existing EFI system in your Bronco. All you got to do is remove the upper intake on the new motor and strip all the wiring off, then put that motor in your truck and connect it to the existing '93 wiring harness. The only mechanical differences between these that have any impact on this swap are the EGR system and the distributor drive gear and in both cases you just need to use the components off the '93 motor. That's it.. done.. it'll run like it was always there.
I'm doing the same thing basically and am at the point of needing to decide what to do... I'm putting in a 1996 351w (obd ll) in my '95 f150 (obd l). I've seen your advice from others as well and think that's what i'm going to do, just need clarification - I should take the EFI system from my 302 and apply it to the 351. And then use the distributor drive gear from the 302 as well ?
Just put the engine wiring harness from your 302 on the 351, everything is in the same place so it will all plug right in. A 302 distributor will not work in a 351 so you can't swap them and you don't need to either as both motors have roller cams, just use the one in the 5.8.
