Like the title sais I have a miss on what I think is 1 cylinder
I have done!
1)compresion test results 390-420
2)all 8 casserly stage 2 injectors
3)one new cup
4)DPtuner
5)every clip and torque was double cheked
It seems to run well other than the miss I know that sounds contradictory but it does run smooth out side of that. I just finished all of this last night and drove it 60 miles and still have the miss. also toped off the coolent this morning so hopfully it was air not a leak.
Do you have access to an AE, to do some test on the injectors? I'm wondering, just what does the coolent have to do with this? You may need to drive more miles to get all the air out of the fuel system.
Not sure of the symptom that exist with out it or doubled up, but did you make sure you have one and only one little copper washer on the tip of the injector?
Have you tried to remove the dp tuner to rule it out as the problem?

Thanks rick for the quick reply!
I do not have AE. The coolent may be no issue other than getting the air out after the cup install.
I now have about 80 miles on and still have problems
UPDATE !!!
I got ahold of a scanner tonight and the BUZZ test sounded ok, but the contribution test got the codes p0263 cylinder 1, p0266 cylinder 2, p0264 cylinder 8.
It seemes to run ok under a load.
Also some one please clear this up for me does the fiaring order and cylinder order follow as such?
Fuel and HPO systems... Takes about 100 miles to get it really cleaned out.
One cup, how did you replace the cup?
It feals like more than just cleaning the system out.
I had one cup leaking coolent, and was told by some reputable people to only replace the 1 bad one. As far as how I did it, it was with a Ford R&R cup tool kit>
Thank you Dan and Chris!
The DP tuner was tuned for this set up. And no I did not rty and remove it.
Question to try and run it with out the DP tuner can I just remove the guage salector, or do I need to remove the whole tuner?
And the symptoms were at idle either a rough lope or a miss, Under a slight load it seems to run ok but may be masked by the fact that it is under load.

Brandon, are your injectors single shots? If they are you need the tuner to make them run right. So unless they are splits, I don't think removing the dp will help. And yes you have to pull the chip from the PCM.
Often times it takes live tuning to get the truck to idle the way you want it with those injectors. If not live tuning, maybe a few guesses by the tuning guys. Single shots tend to have a lopy idle. Is your miss at idle or while driving?
Chris it seems to be mostly at idle, but you can still feel it with slow rpm increase in park. You don't feel it so much while under any load.
Does any one have any ideas on the falt codes from the contribution test p0263, p0266, and p0264? And I wanted to now how ford numbered or has the fiaring order so I know fizacly wich 3 cylinders these codes come from, is wht I have stated above for the order correct?
The codes & contribution issues could just be from tuning. I'd suggest you call and talk to Jody and see what advice he has. It's hard to diagnose these types of issues over the internet when you factor in single shots and custom tuning.
Brandon, I had the same problem when I went to single shots. It would idle with a lope, but would do good under a load. I had to either send my chip back to Jody or go and have him live tune my truck. I went to Jody and had him live tune it and it runs great now. It's hard to get a chip set up right without him having the truck right there.
