hey guys just a dumb question how big is the fuel tank in my truck??

 

just drive it until it runs out...take out the checkbook...and start pumping until the fuel squirts out of the neck...from what i understand, the tank sizes vary on our trucks...mine is the 28 gallon one...the twice a week fill ups during the summer really put a damper on my mod money..lol...

 

lol yea i figured it was around 30 but i wasnt sure i was just wondering how big it is

 

Shortbeds are about 30, my longbeds is closer to 36.8 gallons to empty.

 

Well the picture below shows how "big" the fuel tank is and these days the "volume" of diesel that you can put in one of these tanks is usually determined by how many $ you've got in your wallet!

 

38 gallon for the long box. 29 for the short box. Do the harpoon mod and you can fit a few more gallons

 

soo mines probaly some where around a 36-38 gallon tank?
