Been trying like crazy to find a drag link and tie rods for my '74 F100 4x4. My Ford service manual doesn't show what's under my frontend. All the photos show a power assist valve of some sort. Mine has a dampener.
I can find the left tie rod end, but no passenger tie rod(the long one). The Moog drag link from Oreillys is bent on each end.
When I have had to do this in the past I went to the parts store and looked through the moog book. My '76 had that steering also, the book said that is had the inverted Y crap, obviously it didn't. When I bought all that stuff a couple of years ago it wasn't that expensive either, maybe $200 for new everything. Good luck.
Those rod appear to be the same as those used in the 78/79 suspension setup. My 77 had the same as the 76 and were prebent from the factory. I converted mine over to the 78/79 style so they would quit bending every time I hit something out on the trail.
