Plugs and Coils

I am going to change out all the plugs and coils.... what would the be the best product to buy? I have a v10 4x4 with 250,000+ miles. This will be the second set of plugs and first set of coils.

Thanks, Bryan

From all the research I did back when I changed out my plugs the consensus was to use the Ford oem plugs. So that is what I put in and now almost a year and a half later all is well.
The coils I don't have any knowledge with, but will also add, make sure you replace the boots at the same time as a plug change.

Motorcraft plugs. (search for part #) Replace the boots but imo don't replace the coils unless they are bad. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
