No lights

I tried to see if my newly invested highboys lights worked and only the drivers side turn signal worked. Where should i begin? Could it be a fuse that belongs to all of them? bad wires? How much of a pain will this be to fix?

Start with the easy stuff first then work your way back...

I'd start with the bulbs and sockets. Check for corrosion. Clean as needed... Sockets can go bad...

Then check the wiring - check for splices in the wiring as they can corrode and kill the light...

I would check and see if you got power to the lights. When I bought my tuck the headlights worked on dim but knot bright. I thought it was the dimmer switch (wrong) The elements inside the bulbs were rusted out. I got two new headlights and they work great. If I would of checked the power it would've saved me a trip to the parts house.
