16" WHEELS IN PLACE OF 17" WHEELS

Can i replace my factory 17" wheels with a set of 16" wheels, or will they rub on the calipers?

Has anyone done it?

Its A 2006 F250 superduty 4x4

Is there a disadvantage to doing this?

The 16-inch wheels will not clear the calipers on the 2005+ models.
