I have 2004 f350, front driver's seat wore out. Found seats from 1999 super duty, looks like hole pattern for seat brackets will match up. Anyone know for sure, or how can I find out before I purchase the 99 seats? Both sets of seats are 60/40 with center console. Or is there such a thing as a new factory seat cover made of original material?

You can buy either a new factory seat cover or new foam for the seat. If you've got leather, you can sometimes find someone local who will sew in a replacement panel to replace the bad portion of your seat cover. You can also sometimes find great deals on ebay for Ford OEM seat covers. You just need some hog rings and hog ring pliers for the swap.
