BLOWER NOT WORKING

I have a F-150 crew cab with the digital climate control, I have notice before that sometimes the blower does not work is until I run the truck for a few minutes then you can hear the blower start, but this morning it did not want to work at all, I turn the wheel all the way up for the high and nothing, so I turn off the heater and turn it on again and nothing happen, so I had to use the vent and you can fell just a little air coming into the truck, is the blower gone or could it be something else, this also had happen with the AC.
