morning all, everyone get dug out? roads still kind of icy but driveable, fired up my 68 and either the oil pump sucked something up and locked up or the oil pump rod snapped so its on the repair list, got a rebuilt 300 6 i might stick in it,not sure tho, engine ran so good, valve seals probably dried up and more than likely the culprit,oh well, so much for drift busting, lol
Morning Randy. That sucks about the 68, man. Hopefully it's an easy fix. Well, I'm going to have to learn how to weld, the wife got me a MIG welder for Christmas! She spoiled me rotten this year!
Yeah, I wish I could get one of those! Them are pricey! What really sucks, I can't get that bed I bought picked up. The machine shed where my truck is stored has an 8 foot drift in front of it, and my car trailer is buried.
my brother has one that i'm going to use this spring, kinda nice to burn the rust spots out and replace new metal,we got a nice miller wire feed welder that has the alumn. setup but the argon sure pricey, anyway i'll be doing that all spring on my projects, they stacking up, i'll be busy, lol
well, off to copart site, 01 escape on there we need to buy, also a 05 harley roadking but that will go tooooo high for me,9500 miles and very little damage, lol
