Alternator voltage output...14.4 - 14.1 Volts. Alternator testing good.

The alternator is reading 14.4v at the exact same time your dash is showing below 12v?

Alternator testing where/how?

At idle the alternator puts out 14.1 - 14.4 volts. When driving and (gradually) accelerating, per voltage reading from cigarette lighter (inside cab), voltage output drops below 12 volts. Voltage drops below 12V when accelerate, causing low voltage indicator light to flicker on dash.

Recheck that new belt routing and make sure belts tight, have you heard engine fan at all since new belt and alt put on?
