These guys have a kit for 4x4, but it says SBF, you need to contact them regarding your specifics. It's probably the same parts as above:

ok cool, theres an article on this site about the conversion, and he used that adapter when i looked it up it said sbf on the site.
btw, advanced says not to use the diesel truck trannys. this doesnt make sense to me being that there isnt anything different about the input side that i know of
