Ok I just had my codes read, I got PO672, P0674, P0676, P0678 glow plug ckt. I also got p0683 GPCM to PCM comm ckt. I am guessing the gpcm is bad. Any other ideas? On the bright side I did not have any codes on my trans. Although that also means that I dont have much direction in what may be wrong with the trans either. It occasionally does not want to shift into second unless I let up on the throttle. It is like it is taking a long time to build enough pressure to shift.

Try swapping the plugs on the GPCM and see if the codes jump to the other side. That would confirm it's not a glow plug issue.
Can't help on the tranny issue. Mine shifts into 2nd every time I move the shifter.
