06 F250 Lariat Problems

06 F250 lariat Supercab FX4 6.0L 115,000 Miles.. Automatic

Last night coming home from thanksgiving dinner.. I stop off at gas station to get something to drink.. left truck running in parking lot.. Got in shifted to drive started accelerating.. notice tranny shiffting funny was hitting 3k before shifting in each gear and truck not picking up any speed. Did a tranny flush and filter around 100,000.. EGR was last replaced around 96,000 along with FCIM.

I'm scratching my head on this one.. not sure if its engine or tranny

check fuel pressure and fuel filters first.

changed both filters and still have problem
