Paul Prudhomme is supposed to have popularized that assemblage here in the U.S., and since he's Cajun, VOI-LA, Cajun dish!

A lot of folks don't use those spices though, so it wouldn't HAVE to be considered Cajun.

Enjoy it. It's a lot of trouble to prepare one.

Terry, thanks for starting this thread and Happy Thanksgiving to you and everyone else here on FTE. The Mrs. spent today preparing the meal already so she will have more time tomorrow to spoil Farmkid! Or we could go Farmboy II or Jr.

Our son-in-law is heading east somewhere between Germany and Afghanistan so please keep him in your prayers for the next year.

Happy Thanksgiving to all Brothers and sisters here on FTE. Hope everyone has a safe and happy thanksgiving. Try not to eat to much food. I know I will, frying 3 turkeys in the morning.

Please say a prayer for all our troops overseas fighting for our country and all the ones on standby getting ready to go. Let them be safe and return Home..AMEN

This yankee thought Turducken was a chicken inside a duck inside a turkey.

Anyway, happy Thanksgiving all! Keep in mind what we have to be thankful for and those who are thankful for what we take for granted.
