302 headers on 351 windsor ?

The 5.8l has a taller deck height. So the headers wouldnt line up directly with your downtubes.
If you where going to put a full custom exhaust on and plumb it all in yourself, they would work great.
I dont know how much gain there is from shorties though. From what i hear long tubes are the only way to go.
