EGR Delete quick question for 06
In this picture: http://www.backglass.org/duncan/ps60...l/ps60_038.jpg it says that the throttle body may become operational for the 2004 model year. Would my 06 have the plate that needs to be removed?
Also, when I did pull the EGR plug the check engine light came on. If I disconnect the batteries for a few minutes (how long?) or have the code cleared will it come back?

As said above it is not in anything beyond 05, Ford went from a throttle body and plenum to just a plenum with a longer bottom section to take up the space that the throttle body took up. My late 04 had the throttle body/plate my 06 does not, just a taller plenum.
