well it's hw time of year has resistarived, snow is in the forcast for wensday night in my neck of the woods. I though it would be a good time to get started on the work I wanted to get done on my 89 this winter. Starting with a new core support, head lights and grill.
after removeing the grill and old head lights.
the new head lights mocked in place, couldn't resist.
well, tonight i got every thing out, and disasemabled, except for the two bolts that mount the core support to the frame. I dont have the right size wrench, I will need to get one tommorrow.
The front end is back together, I replaced the a few extra things while I had every thing apart, and I am haveing some body gap issues. By the end of Jan/ early the Feb 3.55's will only be a memory, and I will be enjoving the new 4.56's and limted slip diffs. Between now and then I am going to fix a few small things so every thing is in one piece for the end of Jan. Here are a few pics as it sits tonight.
well, took the Bronco for a test drive tonight, as it's going over to the tech school tommorrow to have the diffs rebuilt, and the 3.55's swapped for 4.56's. the alinment is way off just as I expected, after the tech school gets done with it, it's off to the alliment shop.
