I have a decent paying job thats not abusive
Healthy kids that are starting to find there way
An awesome and understanding woman
I'm really thankful that I don't have any grandkids....lol
Tons of good friends
I watched a PBS documentary on the Dust Bowl days last night. If we got through that, on top of a really bad Depression, this bump in the road won't be any problem. Here's to brighter days ahead!
Well Said eman!! I'm very thankful, but I totally understand ALL of your post. I have a WONDERFUL wife and daughter and GOOD friends. Way better than I deserve.
Seeing the other thread I remembered this one. I'm most thankful for my health, friends, and family! I've been reminded of that more so this year than others. Stuff I've been scraping to keep, I am thankful for that as well, but these are material things. This year's hard times with less work and more bills, has also reminded me of all that has gotten me to where I am, and not so much where I anticipated to go..... a step back to survey my priorities has been a blessing, and for that I am truly thankful.
Bobby, your missing one of the wonders of the world, wait till you have the first grandchild and let me know how it feels,Truxx, your right,YOU DON'T DERSERVE ME, haha.
I too am thankful for a wonderful wife(who lets me buy just about anything I want), I have 8 wonderful grandchildren and soooo thankful to still have Courtney in my life and 2 very special greatgrandaughters and friends I've never met on FTE but look forward to hearing everything going on in their world everyday, it's the small things in life that we need to cling to. I enjoy your friendship and may everyone have the BEST THANKSGIVING EVER, Garry and Linda--- Courtney said to tell all her friends HI
I am thankful to have beaten cancer this year after a long battle and especially for my wonderful wife and the friends who helped me thru it.
If this news come as a surprise, it is because I am a rather private person about these things. I know if I would have posted something, many on here would have chimed in with their sympathies and well wishes. And I am thankful for that as well.
I am also thankful to have retired this year and have gotten back to the truck. The work is rewarding and going well.
A special shout out to Tim and Steve. Thanks, guys. God is great.
