I Have a 97' EB Expy with a Mach sound system. The other week I got into thet truck after work, and much to my surprise the stereo would not come on! I drove home with no tunes. When I got back to the house I started investigating, no blown fuses, then by accident I touched one of the relays and the stereo came on. It was not loose, and if I wiggle it in the slot the stereo will go on and off, the power locks will go crazy, and the auto down on the window doesn't work. It has happened twice. The only good thing about the second time was, I knew exactly what it was so I popped the fuse panel door off and wiggled the relay and it came right on. Any suggestions?

Did you pull the relay and check for corrosion? If it's smoldering or corroding, that could make for a spotty connection, which is temporarily solved by wiggling the relay.
Thanks for the quick reply! Yes I pulled the relay out and checked for corrosion, that was the first thing I did. It looked brand new. I'm wondering if the terminals behind the relay are loose. I'm an electrician and have already checked all the obvious problems that it could be. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
