I don't think the ground hawgs are better or even equal to the boggers in mud. But I do agree he could benefit from a different tire. Maybe some IROKS.

this is comming from a few guys that have run them in direct comparison to similar sized boggers in the same terrain and they say in most cases the hawgs can pretty much keep up with the bogger, the bogger will still make it further, but not by a whole lot...as far as street legal mud tires go the hawg is #2 behind the bogger...but the hawgs get double the milage, they are quieter (not by much), better in snow/slush/ice, and better in off camber situations because they have lateral support, get a booger on a slippery sideways slope and see which direction you move in...

I'm sure I would have been stuck just as bad with boggers. Hard to go anywhere when the axles are in the ground. These tires can toss a lot of mud around. I really don't want boggers. I'm very happy with these tires. Perfoirmance and price wise. Plus I would be breakin stuff a lot more runnin boggers. Hell my Dad runs boggers on his Bronco and he had me cut lugs off the rear tires and grove the front ones so it would perform b etter

Its still broke. Hell I just finally got it washed all off this weekend. 800 gallons of water total. 100 gallons just for the interior. N there is still mud in the driversides doors. I charged the batterys, and pulled the alt. As it stopped working sometime during the day when I got stuck. Good thing I have two batterys. Lol. I have yet to pull the tire off to look at the axle though.

Oh sweet. There's a place that looks like that near me, but no river. Just a bunch of water coming off the hills.
