Hello, my clutch master cylider push rod is completely worn out (where the push rod connects to the clutch pedal linkage). Could I replace only the push rod or do I need to replace the whole Master cylinder? The pivot point on the clutch pedal is pretty worn also. Any suggestions to repair or part numbers to replace this part?
If I have to replace the Master cylinder, what is the procedure? I've heard that you need to bench bleed the new cylinder. I'm really not sure at all about any of the clutch bleeding procedures/

There is supposed to be a small plastic snap in bushing that fills the gap between the pushrod eye and the post on the pedal linkage. If that part is broken or missing you can get a new one from Ford for a few bucks. Check that first.
The problem with changing the plastic bushing is you are going to do it again and again. It is cheaper but what a pain. The other way is a permanent fix to a failed Ford design.
