so i can fit a 12' sub under my 84 f250 back seat (extended cab) but i was wondering how is the best way to mount a sub box down there?
i was thinking of taking the sub and inverting them... (the magnet toward the cab walls.) building the box all the way under the seats with a air channel in the middle facing toward the front of the cab. do u think this will provide the best bass (2 12' subs) do u think this will even fit under the seat??? any1 have subs under there back seats in an older f series? if so pls show pics so i can get some ideas
I use a box in my truck that was the same basic dims I've used in a couple of single cab trucks (89 and 92). It put the cone on the seat backs and sounded pretty decent with a pair of 10's in them. The basic dims were 7.5" on the bottom, either 15 or 17" tall and 3.5" on the top.
