expedition misfire

I'm dealing with some of the same codes on an '06 right now. I had P0305, P0308 and the dealer replaced those plugs and coils. When I picked it back up I started getting P0307...which leads me to believe the dealer put my old 5 or 8 coil on number 7. Anyway, I took matters into my own hands and decided to replace the 2 other plugs on that bank. Of course they both broke off. I finally got two new plugs in and I'm not getting the codes anymore. However, its still running rough which leads me to believe I've got some more bad COPs or stuck injectors.
At 31K I wouldn't expect your plugs to be the culprit. More than likely your COP on #8. Try swapping it with #1 and see if you get P0301 and P0172.
