New Wheels?
If I swap out my factory 09 wheels for aftermarket wheels, how can deal with the air pressure sensor sending a constant low pressure signal to the dash and a constant light on? Can this be done without buying new bands or sensors?

for the 09-up, the pressure sensors are attached to the valve stems. I've seen like-new takeoff sets of sensors with valve stems on ebay for around $80 to $100. I'd just get those for your new wheels.
If you do that, you may also have to get the TPMS reset tool and the instructions are in your owner's manual on how you use the reset tool to program/reprogram the sensors. The reset tool can also be found on ebay for around $20.
