Probably could be anywhere along the hose but where "exactly" would have the water control valve for the heater been placed. Before the bracket holding the two hoses on the inner apron or after the bracket?

C3UZ18495A .. Fresh Air Heater Control Valve Cable Operated (Motorcraft YG133) / Available from Ford.
Since this valve is cable operated, the end of the cable determines where the valve is spliced into the heater hose. It has nothing to do with the bracket for the hoses.
The re-circulating heater's shut-off valve is not cable operated. So...it can be mounted before/after the bracket.
flipklos: Inner fenders are refered to as fender aprons.
Unless NumberDummy chimes in then you are probably out of luck. Never seen one aftermarket. That means out of a junkyard if still on the fender apron or a NOS one that has yet to be sold. Of course that requires the part number and I am not that skilled at locating it yet...

I have had 4 trucks with the valve and all pretty much in same location
If that is the best answer you could come up with, you should have just ignored my question.
I have a 7th generation 1985 F150, so I am not as familiar with the 1961-1966 trucks. I have been a steady customer at the country junkyard in my area that has 90% Fords from the late sixties on up, and I have never seen a bracket that looked like that one.
I also looked at Summit and Jegs, and they don't offer one that looked like that, either. Even did a google search, and still no luck.
