97 triton 4.6 3 codes

97 triton 4.6 3 codes
i have a 97 f150 4x4 running rough with 3 codes
1 p0174 system lean bank 2
2 p0306 misfire cyl 6
3 p0307 misfire cyl 7
vacumm pressure stays at 21 hg unless you turn on the heater (has a/c)
the egr control valve runs about 2-3 minutes after the key is off
all injectors sound alike
run solid vac to egr valve (took vac hose off fuel regulator to do this )makes no change except the egr valve leaks bad
pcv valve has lots of vacumm
could it be intake gaskets or????
