I have a 352 4V engine & transmission from a 1965 Galaxy 500. I have read it is popular with the old truck crowd & I am thinking of selling it. It doesnt run, but does turn over, & is complete except the air cleaner.
Can anyone tell me if this engine has any value for rebuiling, or are they not worth all that much. I dont know, so any advice would be appreciated.
There not a bad old engine, I'v owned them in the past. I don't see a lot of demand for them. The 360 , 390 , 428 came from that line of engines and used more. before the 352 was the 332 , 1957 I believe .
Well for $100 it probably wont be worth my time, so I guess I wont worry about it right now. I just figured that since they are getting so scarce they might be worth something. Thanks anyway.

As someone else on here has said, rarity doesn’t necessarily mean high value, and in this particular case the 352 was the start of the newer FE series that became the 390, 428, etc, and they all are identical externally (?) with more power and are often use to replace the 352 which in all honesty was not exactly a power house. It would be of value only to someone that wanted to do a period correct restoration.
