OK, apparently one of the moderators decided to make your post into it's own thread, so now we can deal with the issues you're having without any confusion.
Got access to a scanner? Any trouble codes? Any modifications to the truck? Oil level full and not past due for a change? Have you checked the oil level in the HPOP reservoir?
When you let it sit for several hours, is the no start temperature dependent or does it not start no matter how warm it is outside? When you crank the truck during a cold no start, do you get any smoke out the tail pipe?
