Expedition engine swap

My friend Ben Poulson, has a 1999 Ford Expedition, we want to swap the engine in with a Ford SVT lightning engine. Any ideas as how to approach this project, and the cost of it. What parts will I need, or would we be better off just adding a super charger to it. Your thoughts and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have access to the truck it came out of it might not be to bad of a swap. I would guess you would need the computer etc. If you do not have the source for all the parts an aftermarket may be the way to go.

Contact 04MarkIII on the forums. He put a supercharger from a HD edition on his engine with impressive results. He can answer any questions you may have. I called him with the same idea as you regarding a supercharger. Very nice guy.
