backfires on deceleration.
I have a 1988 f-250 5.9L. fuel injected. recently did a motor swap to a newer Jasper engine I had from my 1987 f-350. since the swap the engine starts well and runs strong but backfires on deceleration. If I lightly touch the accelerator it stops. Also engine bucks at aprox 1500rpm. truck bucked with previous engine I believe it is unrelated to the backfiring. I have done plugs wires cap rotor intake manifold gaskets. also cat has been "cleaned out".
