now im not positive about this but i dont think it will work i think the f100 spindles and rotors will be too small and wont work just my opinion but maybe someone can give u a better awenser...
i guess it would depend on wether or not they are both the same lug patern or not..(i.e. 5 lug 8 lug)every 250 ive seen was 8 lug but if there the same it should work.......i would guess.
yea to add to that it also depends on the rear end if it's a pos track or limited slip or open diff. the lug is always different the rotor's will swap over but i hope you arent trying to put used rotors on your truck i have to ask.
All 1953/96 F250's have 8 lug wheels on a 6.50" bolt circle, regardless of what the rear end is (Dana 60, Dana 61, Sterling 10.25, or Ford 8.8 = 1983/89 F250 Light Duty).
1948/52 F1's, 1953/79 F100's, some 1980/83 F100's, 1975/96 F150's have 5 lug wheels on a 5.50" bolt circle.
Some 1980/83 F100's have 5 lug wheels on 4.50" bolt circle.
