Quick Question? 5.4L
My f250 SD 2000 got 220000 miles. and my friend got a ford expedition 2003 5.4L with 175000. His expedition is total loss on a crash. My question is, are the coils (spark plug) are the same? can i used those for my f 250? I am sure that his coils are good.

From what I see on the website below, the coil packs are the same for the 1999-2005 4.6L/5.4L 2V engines.
