Read alot of posts on the cps . All seem to ring a bell. Stalling when accelerating, backing up , at light etc. Could do it 5 times in a row, then not at all. Sometimes after stalling it is really hard to start almost like there is no fuel. It finally starts to catch and start. I just had the speed sensor and cps recall done at ford. That same day truck was stalling . Bad cps sensor from ford.. Showing no codes on a regular scanner . Help it is pissing me off

There has been a whole lot of folks with the same issue lately. Seems ( from what I've read ) the connector is cracked, pins out of whack in the connector, intermittent open somewhere in the harness ( my WAG ) are the real cause. I haven't read anything with closure on the issue as yet. Also I have yet to see a source for a replacement connector. I'm sure there is one. Sorry, thats not much help. Hopefully somebody knows more than I on the subject.
