Rear seat help
Well I just bought a new to me used 07 F-150 SuperCab truck. This is my third F-150. I have not had one in quite some time and am looking forward to owning it.
I do not have it yet but already there is one thing I do not like about it, the back seat.
My last one was a '99 F-150 SuperCab and the back seat was perfect. It had the back seat that folded down and made a flat platform. The reason liked this version better was, if I had to have more than 2 people in the truck there was a back seat.
Second was for the most part I had it down and would take my two dogs with me everywhere, and the ablility to fold the seat down and have the platform was perfect for my dogs. They could lie down, look out the back window, it wasn't to low or high.
The new one with the fold up seat makes the floor too deep and takes up space between the back of the front seats and the folded up rear.
The only option is to keep the seat in the normal position and have the dogs lie/sit in the back seat, but that leave a little space for them to fall into.
Does anyone know of some kind of device that I could use the fill in that space so there is one continuous level. Or is there and aftermarket seat replacement the I can install that turns the back seat into the old style?
I hope I am clear about this.
Thanks for the help.
