Just 41K miles, had the heads, egr, oil cooler, rear seal done last year... This morning after changing the oil & the fuel filters no start. Cranks and sputters for a few seconds and dies. Fuel in the upper, good oil pressure when cranking...
Throws the DTC's: P0600 & P1000 (Changed out batteries also), the P2614 Cam Sensor and P2617 Crank Sensor.
Dealer sending a flatbed but they are on a 2 week back log in diesel service.
Use Racor except for today, couldn't get them today and had to use NAPA Gold, didn't matter the truck wouldn't start with the old or new filters.
Not sure I understand. You said the "no start" began after the oil and filter change. How did you verify the "no start" w/ both the Racor and Napa filters?
If the problem began immediately after the oil and fuel filter changes, it seems that these filters would be the place to first suspect.

Went to start the truck in the morning to let it warm up before the oil change. Truck cranked but did't fire (popped 1-2 seconds and died). I had already determined that one of the batteries was going south and decided to to replace it. Replaced the battery and still did't run. Put the older battery on the charger while getting fuel filters (1 1/2 hrs later ). Got home and checked battery votage 13.4v & 13.2v with key off, with both connected and key on was getting a 12.4v while in the start mode, getting 11.6v while cranking. Tried cranking still nothing, thought the fuel filter was clogged and replace them, still no fire. Changed the oil to see if anything "unusual" was in the oil, nothing. Also reset the computer by disconecting the batteries and checking all the relays and fuses, they all checked good.
My guess? You blew the STC fittings on the High Pressure Oil line and/or the truck is not building high oil pressure for some other reason.
Just a guess doh ...
Would that cause oil dripping down the rear of the passenger side head onto the starter? I've had the truck in 2 times for an oil leak that they can never find where it coming from, but that's another story in itself...
You will not see an oil leak w/ a bad STC fitting. It is an internal leak.
The bad batteries are a possible clue. Whenever one is bad, you need to change them both. To make sure the batteries are good, load check them individually (when disconnected).
Bad batteries often lead to a failed FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module). A bad FICM will cause a no-start condition.
Truck is back... New FICM, EGR Valve, software upgrade to computer, and CAC tube. Seems to have more boost (35#)and runs a little better. All the paperwork stated was software upgrade to latest version.
