I briefly went through the post. I didnt see where everyone was stay or if people were bringing thier campers. My choice is nice room at a hotel. Has anyone called to make a reservation? If so what hotel and price?

For those of us who are going, I am calling in the morning to reserve a room. I dont know where yet, but probably the closest to the event as possible.
I will update with costs of the room afterwards.
Since I have never been to a meeting/gathering before where is everyone going to be so I can do introductions?

I can`t make this one. Truck is in dealer for repairs.
sad part is we are fighting over the repairs. they want me to pay for it

The wife said she wanted to stay on site. Just made the reservations, and $276 total. That was for two adults. Had to count her as one because of her age. Anyways we are in the Dragonfly balcony room. Whatever that means. Sounds kind of mystical. Maybe tinkerbell adult version will show up.
We will be taking the old man white and beige X.
