Here is one reply I got via email....

"Hi, The price of a Bronco tire cover will be $79.74. This particular tire cover will be made with a stencil and will be screen printed.
Our covers are normally digitally printed. We can make any size tire cover you need"

Are you still able to get tire covers from your source? I am in need of a black 29" exactly like what you have pictured.

I'd be happy to contact the company if you could provide their contact information.
