Can anyone recommend a good paintshop? I want a really good professional paintjob, for as cheap as possible of course. But quality is top priority. I'm in East TX, Nacogdoches to be exact. But I don't mind traveling for a good job that will really set off my truck. Maybe to Houston or Tyler or something. Any suggestions?

I don't know if he's that good or not, but when my dads Ranger and My ranger were both in need of repair work, Krause Paint & Body did an excellent job of matching the paint and repairing the top cab corner of my dads truck. I looked and looked for evidence of tape lines, welds and the like but none. My truck was painted on the hood, drivers fender, grille, & bumper but I couldn't see where the old was or the new started.

Since your willing to go as far as Houston, you could stop by his shop in Bryan, Texas
He's located onCarson St.

I got my paint job from Krause Paint and Body as well. I was totally happy with it. Plus, the guy is a family friend of ours and he gave me a 2200 paint job/body work for like 1500. He has done many classics and all look good. Infact, when we are ready to get our new addition to our family (1963 Chevy pickup) painted, we are takin it to him. Another place here that is totally trustworthy and does a great job....Jack Winslow paint and body. He is also a friend of mine. They are a little more expensive than Krause, but the job is done wonderfully! Hope this helps.
