Flasing overdrive light cont'd.

when your overdrive light flasshes does it delfay shifting and have extremely hard shifts. if so what should i do to fix it?

You should fix what's wrong.

To find out what's wrong you need to get the codes read by someone that has a Ford specific scan tool. Generic scan tools can't read Ford transmission codes. When you have the code we can help find out what caused it.

Happened to me twice now. First time the trans was shot, this time it was the torque converter. Like he said you gotta have a good tool to troubleshoot it with.
