1990 7.3 stalling.

I just took the 1990 F350 on a 800 mile round trip run to the lake and back...no issues. I just got back last night.
This morning I jumped in to head to work... Hit the glow plug switch, cranked, ignition, stalled. Odd...
Cranked again, ignition, stalled. WTF I thought.
Cranked again, ignition, stalled.
Next time I gave it some throttle, cranked and it started and idled up to about 1200 rpm...I held it there...sounded fine. I released the throttle...stalled.

One more time...cranked with some throttle, ignition and idled at around 1000-1200 rpm. I let off the throttle and it idled at low idle fine. I pulled out of the driveway and drove 100 feet to the stop sign at the end of the block...stalled.

Cranked again with throttle....started...released throttle....idled fine...and drove to work.
As soon as I let off the throttle, it starts to shut down. I can get it to idle at low idle, but if I goose the throttle a little bit, as the rpms drop off, it will stall again.
This is different than starving for fuel, I THINK...or at least different than having air in the lines. In the past, when I had an air issue, the rpms would spike slightly before shutting down. Not this time. It acts just like you turned off the key. The stall is that quick.
Clues???
