Another mileage thread

What kind a mileage are guys with 20's getting compared to the one's with the 18's?

Hmm...wonder what the difference is. My last tank I got 16.2mpg. That was actual calculation. Trucks computer was reading 16.9.

Milage

My 2009 only has 900 miles on it so this may change but after the first full tank I calculated 15.06 mpg. The computer indicated 15.1 so it is in good agreement.

I have 20" wheels 5.4 motor and 3.73 gears. I'm getting 16.9 mpg so far with 2000 miles

I think driving style determines mileage more so than wheel size. Sure the 20s might have less rolling resistance, but they also probably weigh more. Your tires are still about the same overall diameter. I say it's a wash.

My last fill up I got 17.3mpg. Computer read 18.0mpg. I just broke the 3k mile mark. This was me being very careful with gas pedal. My current tank I'm driving the truck much harder so we'll see what I get. The dash is currently reading 15.6mpg. I should also note that I drive a lot of highway.
