I had this happen last summer and got it fixed at a shop in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada.
What he found was that two little things on the left front caliper were not retracting. As far as I could see they looked like little pistons, about 1/2 inch in diameter, and he took them out, cleaned them off and lubed them good. That seemed to solve the problem.
I'm not sure exactly how this all works, but I got the impression that because these things were not moving well, the right brake ended up applying more pressure.
Please excuse my lack of technical description.
My question is that now I'm again getting a slight pull to the right when I apply the brakes and I suspect its the same thing.
Should I just replace calipers, or try the clean and lube fix again?
Good Morning, THis is a very common thing, and yes, it could happen again. They are refferred to as Slide pins. There is and upgrade kit, and if you choose to do this your self, it would take little time ( unless there are rusted in place, then it is some work) and would be worth your effort to try it.

Hey JAT! I did a search about this issue, (which I probably should have done before I posted the question!) and I found the solution.
