Crapy little vac lines
We're doing a motor swap on a '90 Full size and all of the color coded vac lines are breaking before our very eyes. Anyone have a replacement source for those brittle dang things? Can't find any and the wrecking yard sources are all just as bad.

Vac Line replacement
For those having trouble locating sources for new vacuum lines. Simple trick of the trade use windshield washer line. It comes in various sizes (outside and inside diameter) and avaiable for almost all applciations. Also will meet or exceed strength requirements and therefore will not collapse under severe vacuum. For critical vacuum lines like brake booster and cruise control consider very small diameter copper tubing. McMaster-Carr also has an extensive tubing supply available in many diameters. I've used washer lines as well but found they can get bulky in some of the tight spaces that the OEM plastic lines need to be run.
