Found a good deal on a 2006 F550 V10 RWD w/ 27,000 miles. Will be using to pull 4 Horse Trailer ( 10,000 lbs ) and Travel Trailer ( 10,000 lbs ) for now. Its a Chassis Cab, will be upfitting with a steel flat bed with a B&W reciever which will accept a gooseneck or a fifth wheel hitch.

Looking for reviews on this truck and engine.
Is it reliable?
Expected gas milage?
Any short commings I should fix?
Any hot modifications that would improve performance, milage, handling, reliability?

I own a 09 and its great. It wieghts 16000lbs all the time and no problems. Had a 460 cid in last truck and do notice a difference. I have had no problems but also brsnd new so not sure if that is anything to do with it.
