Shock mount bolt

Since it is Sunday and the dealership is not open, thought I would throw this question out there.
I Installed a new set of Monroe Sensa Trac shocks on the 92 XPL last night and the lower shock mount bolt broke off.
Went to the local NAPA and OReillys and they do not even show this bolt as a part they carry.
Is this a dealer part only ??

This bolt is part of the spring mount, it is available from the dealer $$$, but there is an aftermarket kit to replace the bolt. The old shock bolt has to be ground/drilled off the mount the replacement kit pin has threads on both ends.

In an emergency, drill through the mount, use a longer Gr8 bolt, thread or weld to the mount.

I was told by the local Ford dealership that the bolt is actually part of the Radius Arm and I will have to replace it to fix the problem !
Someone tell me he is wrong, cause this arm is over $70.00

Thanks aquant, especially for the link to the photos !
I have a better understanding of what needs to be done now !

Seems like a screwy design with the shock bolt on the Radius arm !

Just wanted to let you know, I took the XPL to a Wheel Alignment place here near my house and they used the universal bolt I got at NAPA and everything is fixed now.
Cost $70.00 labor Bolt was $10.00

In a way it is a good thing I took it down there, cause I found out my buddy forgot to tighten down the rear shocks after he installed them.
Was wondering why I had such a rattle !

Thanks for your help Aquanaut20 !!
