Blackstone?
So, I've been wanting to do an oil analysis for quite some time....and I've gone to Blackstone's website and filled out the form, twice.
First time was over two months ago. Still no kit. What gives?
Guess I could get off my hiney and call them...

The first time I 'ordered' a kit it took a little while, not quite that long but definitely over a month. After I sent my first sample, my next kits came quicker though. I would give them a call.

I've always gotten the little sample bottles pretty quick too. Last time I asked for some I requested them send me a few and I got half a dozen bottles in short order.
Why don't you hit the "contact us" part of their website and ask why the haven't sent you a kit yet. If you don't get a response by say, Tuesday, let us know and we'll all chip in and start a mass email complaint to them. We can fill out the comment section with Send Lisa her test kit.

Pete (the other Pete!) messaged me and asked if I wanted one of his extra kits.
Its the principle of the thing dangit. I hate being ignored.

It took about a month before I received mine. Problem is I've had the sample sitting on the workbench for about 2 months now. Gotta get off my lazy butt and mail it. I just either forget about it, or don't have the patience to go the post office.

It took 2 weeks to get my kit, I would call and see if you cant get a free oil analysis because you've been waiting so long just to get the kit to send it in!

Hey Lisa, you could send them a pic of that cool advatar you have there, that would make them send it faster, lol. J-K of course. I'll see if I can get an extra test kit from my Schaeffers dealer this coming week, if he gives it to me I'll ship it out to yaa, won't cost you anything for the test..

I want them to send me one. How else am I to trust that when I send oil back, they'll actually get it? Who knows, maybe the Pony Express between here and there has a lame foot.

yes it is. When I buy my oil in bulk, two 5 gallon pails at a time, I ask for a test kit and he gives it to me. And their lab personel are top notch.
