HELP!!!!!

I have a 2002 Lariat SuperCrew. It has the Auto AC and the air constantly goes from defrost, to blow to the floor, to blowing out of the vents. Anyone else ever havce this problem and what was the fix. Any help is greatly apprecitated

verify that you have a good vacuum source to the control head. (black hose in the vacuum harness at the back of the unit.) If you do you may have a faulty EATC control head.
