I have heard tales about captains chairs from a 90ish diesel will fit but have never tested it myself

Bronco.

Either the 78/9 version or any full size Bronco really. Ford F series trucks kept a reasonably similar floor over the years, so these donors will be the easiest to install.

In my truck someone used either Ranger or Econoline bucket seats. They used some metal plates and bolted them to the floor. It was a custom job but it doesn't look too bad and it is mounted pretty good. As for a center console, my truck has one but it is a cheap walmart plastic one and it isn't even bolted down that I probably get rid of. I will try to get some pictures of it and post them later.
