Hey, it is a small world indeed.
No, I haven't been there (1431) at the gathering. It has been a few years since I have been, they all used to meet behind what is now "outback steakhouse". That was a blast, as I am sure it is still.
I dont know any FORD activities, yet, except work on my 86 f250 460 project.
And then with my two kids, time and funding dont allow for too much fun.
presently I am putting on a single plane intake and a new-ish holley 750 carb, and going to rework a distributor, my email is barca_texas@yahoo.com.talk to ya later. jery
I've got an 87 F250 4X4, which is waiting for a heart transplant, and 2 84 Bronco II's, one of which is stock and is my daily driver and the other is in the process of getting the engine built up.
If someone has time, perhaps they could email me instructions on how to locate responses from people who have responded to my post. I get these emails that says someone has responded to my post, but I can't seem to locate them on here.
Well lets see,,,
My mind lives in the state of confusion
My body lives in a state of shock
My trucks all live in Michigan (till I can figure out how to get them down here)
And my fanny lives outside of San Antonio.
By the way,now that they have changed everything around here, how do I join the Texas chapter?
Hey KT, in my opinion, you did just join the chapter, but officially, i think if you go to the Chapter list, find Texas and right below it will have something to the effect of "Join this Chapter, Leader: Rosati" just click to join the chapter. glad to have ya here! i'm outside of SA as well, if ya got any questions about town, just ask me.

cicobra, in that email there will be a web address.. in my email i have to highlight, copy and paste it into my address bar and THEN click go or hit enter. it will take you to the newest post in that thread so you may have to scroll up or go back a page to find where yours is and read everything after yours depending on how active the thread is. something like this:
ford4life69,
RedStroker6 has replied to a thread you have set reply notification to. The thread is entitled - Roll Call! - in the Texas Chapter forum of Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums.
The part I made bold, italics, and underlined is the part in the email you should highlight, copy, and paste into your browsers address bar and click go or press enter. hope that helps.
62 F100 short stepside
64 F100 long bed (both Custom Cabs)
My son and I are fixin to take an 88 Crown Vic (5L), remove the body, and if it works, put the 62 on the chassis. May not work, the frame rails on the car run real close to the outside. Worth a shot, wheelbase is the same.
Longview, '94 Bronco EB 5.8 I have received lots of help at FTE fixing A/C, 4 vacuum issues, cannister purge selenoid, speakers and will be starting on tailgate rust next. Thanks for the code reading with paper clip and MityVac vacuum tester and POR-15 suggestions.
